Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Mental Health Professional to join our compassionate team in Cape Town. You will play a pivotal role in assessing client needs, developing personalized care strategies, and facilitating therapy sessions aimed at improving mental health outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Create a welcoming and supportive atmosphere for clients.
  • Assess risk factors and respond effectively to crises.
  • Implement evidence-based practices in care.
  • Collaborate on interdisciplinary team care plans.
  • Engage clients in their treatment and recovery process.
  • Document all clinical interactions and interventions.

  • Promote mental health awareness in the community.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Psychology or Counseling
  • Training in trauma-informed care is preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of clinical experience

Advantageous
