Responsibilities

• Develop scalable chemical processes that meet production goals.
• Evaluate and implement new technologies in chemical production.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement safety procedures.
• Work alongside cross-functional teams on new product development.
• Monitor production processes and adjust parameters as necessary.
• Collaborate with suppliers to source raw materials effectively.
• Support sustainability initiatives within the organization.
• Ensure high quality control standards are adhered to.
• Present process updates and findings to stakeholders.
• Assist in the budgeting and cost analysis of chemical projects.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related discipline
• Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering is an advantage

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a chemical manufacturing environment
