Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Security Analyst to join our growing team in Sandton. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and a passion for cybersecurity, helping us to proactively identify and remedy vulnerabilities within our systems.

Responsibilities

• Implement security solutions such as firewalls, anti-viruses, and encryption.
• Liaise with third parties for security audits and compliance checks.
• Review security compliance and manage vulnerabilities in systems.
• Conduct security awareness training for new team members.
• Prepare detailed reports on security status and incidents.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
• Security certifications (CompTIA Security+) are preferred

Experience

• 2-4 years of experience in cybersecurity or IT security roles
