We are in search of a Textile Winding, Twisting, and Drawing Out Machine Setter, Operator, and Tender to enhance our production line. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing textile machinery and ensuring efficient operations while maintaining quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Control and manage winding, twisting, and drawing out machines effectively.
• Collaborate with maintenance teams to minimize machine downtime.
• Perform quality checks to ensure products meet industry standards.
• Assist in the onboarding and training of new team members.
• Participate in problem-solving sessions to enhance production processes.
• Keep work areas clean and organized while following all safety protocols.

Requirements

Education

• National Certificate in Textile Technology

Experience

• 3 years of relevant experience in textile industry

Technical Skills

• Equipment Troubleshooting
• Production Scheduling

Certifications

• Advanced Textile Machinery Operation
• First Aid Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
