Responsibilities

• Set up and operate production machine equipment efficiently.
• Mix and test raw materials to maintain production standards.
• Perform quality checks on finished products before shipment.
• Assist in training new workers on production practices.
• Keep records of production processes and reports.
• Support the maintenance team in machine repairs when necessary.
• Participate in safety audits and follow procedures.
• Work closely with team leads to meet production targets.

Requirements

Education

• Technical certification preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in a production environment
