Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead our projects in Centurion. You will oversee all phases of construction, from planning and execution to completion. The ideal candidate is skilled in coordinating teams, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with safety standards.

Responsibilities

  • Direct construction efforts from planning to completion.
  • Establish project goals, timelines, and budgets.
  • Oversee quality control on all construction activities.
  • Coordinate with engineers and architects for project specifications.
  • Regularly inspect work sites for compliance with safety standards.
  • Manage stakeholder communications and expectations.
  • Track project progress and prepare detailed reports.
  • Resolve conflicts and issues that arise during construction.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
  • Bachelor's degree is preferred
