Job Description

We are looking for a skilled First-Line Supervisor of Construction Trades to oversee sewer maintenance teams. With a strong background in construction, you will ensure compliance with safety standards and coordinate maintenance schedules.

Responsibilities

• Lead sewer maintenance crews and coordinate daily activities.
• Implement best practices in sewer maintenance and repairs.
• Conduct regular inspections of sewer systems.
• Assess and manage work-related hazards.
• Ensure efficient use of resources and materials.
• Engage with stakeholders regarding maintenance progress.
• Facilitate communication between teams and departments.
• Monitor compliance with environmental regulations.
• Prepare budgets and manage financial resources.
• Evaluate performance and implement improvements.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering is preferred

Experience

• 7+ years of experience in wastewater management with supervisory experience.

Technical Skills

• Expertise in sewer maintenance techniques
• Familiarity with GIS software

Languages

• English: Fluent
