Job Description

As a Social Psychologist at Community Well-Being Solutions, you will apply social psychology theories to enhance understanding of human behavior in social contexts. Join us in conducting impactful research, developing intervention programs, and promoting social justice initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct community-based research focusing on social attitudes and behaviors.
  • Design interventions aimed at improving mental health and well-being.
  • Collaborate with local organizations and government bodies to drive social initiatives.
  • Provide training workshops for community workers on social psychology principles.
  • Analyze research data and prepare reports for various stakeholders.
  • Develop educational materials for community outreach programs.
  • Participate in conferences and seminars to represent the organization.
  • Contribute to peer-reviewed journals with research findings.
  • Monitor the impact of social programs and provide recommendations.
  • Network with other professionals in the field to share insights and best practices.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Social Psychology or similar field
  • PhD strongly preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years in social psychology research, including community engagement.
