Job Description

As a Construction Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing all phases of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. You will be responsible for managing resources, liaising with stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Directly manage on-site staff and subcontractors.
  • Evaluate construction methods and make improvements where necessary.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
  • Postgraduate qualification is advantageous
Experience
  • 7+ years of relevant experience in the construction industry
