Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and select candidates for job openings.
• Design and develop recruitment campaigns tailored to client needs.
• Adapt recruitment strategies to current market trends.
• Participate in job fairs and networking events to attract potential candidates.
• Guide candidates through the application process and support them through interviews.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology or related field is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in recruitment or HR roles

Certifications

• Professional in Human Resources (PHR)
