Job Description

As a Payroll Compliance Officer, you will play a vital role in our organization by ensuring payroll processes meet compliance standards. Your attention to detail and strong analytical skills will help in maintaining accurate payroll records and resolving any issues that arise.

Responsibilities

• Oversee payroll compliance to ensure adherence to local and national regulations.
• Manage the entire payroll process and ensure accurate data entry.
• Work with HR to resolve employee payroll-related issues.
• Conduct annual payroll audits and implement corrective measures.
• Provide payroll data analysis to improve operational efficiency.
• Ensure timely submission of all payroll taxes and contributions.
• Monitor compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
• Create and maintain payroll policies and procedures documentation.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
• Advanced Payroll Management Certification is beneficial

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in payroll compliance or management roles
