You will conduct in-depth analysis, validate processes, and ensure compliance to industry standards. Responsibilities

• Assess current manufacturing processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across various projects.
• Liaise with suppliers and vendors to optimize processes and collaborations.
• Prepare documentation and reports for upper management.
• Identify bottlenecks in the current workflows and develop actionable solutions.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in industrial engineering or process optimization
