Job Description

As a Project Manager at Tech Solutions Ltd., you will be responsible for steering complex projects in Cape Town. You will leverage your expertise in project planning and execution, collaborating with various teams to achieve project goals and deliver successful outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Oversee and manage project schedules and timelines.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and support to project teams.
• Negotiate with vendors and contractors as necessary to secure project resources.
• Develop and manage project budgets and forecasts.
• Evaluate and assess project performance, providing analysis for optimization.
• Ensure adherence to quality and safety standards throughout projects.
• Prepare project reports for senior management review.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master's degree is a plus
• PMP certification strongly preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience managing successful projects
