Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor junior nursing staff and students.
• Engage in research initiatives to improve patient care practices.
• Coach patients and families on health maintenance and disease prevention.
• Facilitate referrals to specialists and other healthcare services as needed.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (or equivalent)
• Master's degree in Nursing is preferred

Experience

• At least 3 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner in a clinical setting
