Responsibilities

• Create engaging and impactful digital interfaces and experiences.
• Conduct A/B testing and analyze results to refine interactions.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to align user experience with business goals.
• Facilitate workshops to define user experience strategies.
• Document design processes and present concepts to stakeholders.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or related field
• Master's degree is preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in a UX Designer role

Technical Skills

• Wireframing
• User Testing

Soft Skills

• Analytical Thinking
• Flexibility

Certifications

• UX Certification from Nielsen Norman Group
• Figma Design Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Familiarity with Agile Methodologies: Experience working in Agile teams to deliver iterative design solutions.
• Experience with animation tools: Knowledge of animation software to create engaging user experiences.
