Forensic Auditor

Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Forensic Auditor to join our Johannesburg team. In this role, you will conduct thorough investigations, perform audits, and provide expert analysis to support compliance and integrity within our client organisations.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive investigations to uncover financial fraud.
• Draft reports summarizing audit findings and recommendations.
• Work with client management to enhance compliance strategies.
• Utilize data analysis tools to identify anomalies in financial records.
• Conduct interviews with stakeholders to gather relevant information.
• Stay updated with legal regulations affecting audit practices.
• Benchmark audit practices against industry standards.
• Facilitate workshops on fraud awareness and preventive measures.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field
• Professional certification in Auditing or Forensic Accounting is advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a forensic auditing role

• Certification in Risk Management Assurance (CRMA)
