Responsibilities
Lead the merchandising planning process for the assigned product categories.
Use data analytics tools to support decision-making in merchandise management.
Propose adjustments to assortments based on sales performance and customer feedback.
Coordination of new product launches and seasonal assortments.
Mentor junior staff and oversee their contributions.
Collaborate with logistics to ensure efficient distribution of merchandise.
Evaluate supplier performance and negotiate terms for better pricing.
Maintain strong relationships with vendors and industry contacts.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field
Experience
3-5 years of experience in merchandise planning or similar role
