Industrial Engineer

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Industrial Engineer who will apply engineering principles to improve manufacturing and service processes. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and the ability to think critically to address complex challenges in production.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate existing processes and redesign workflows for optimal efficiency.
• Implement effective quality assurance protocols.
• Engage with suppliers and stakeholders to ensure the availability of resources.
• Design and optimize layouts for production and operations.
• Communicate analysis results and recommendations to upper management.
• Assist in setting production targets and measuring results.
• Lead projects focused on efficiency enhancements and cost reductions.
• Coordinate with IT to implement effective monitoring and reporting systems.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field
• Master's degree is preferred

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial engineering roles
