Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to foster and maintain strong relationships with our valued clients in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will excel at understanding client needs, delivering exceptional service, and promoting our suite of financial products to drive business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with clients to understand their financial goals and provide tailored advice.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that meet client needs.
  • Analyze client feedback to improve service offerings and client satisfaction.
  • Prepare regular reports on client accounts and performance metrics.
  • Attend industry events to network and generate leads.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulations and company policies.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Marketing, or a related field
  • A Master's degree is preferred
Experience
  • 5 years of relevant experience in account management or business development
