• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Retail Management certification is advantageous
• Sales Management Expert in leading sales teams and driving revenue growth.
• Inventory Management Advanced skills in managing stock levels and supplier relationships.
• Leadership Proven ability to lead and inspire a team in a retail setting.
• Communication Strong verbal and written communication skills essential for team interactions.
• Retail Management Certification
• English (Fluent)

• Experience with Digital Marketing: Skills in leveraging digital platforms to drive store traffic and engage customers.
• Background in Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Experience using CRM tools to enhance customer engagement and loyalty.
