We are seeking a skilled Cybersecurity Analyst to join our team in Pretoria. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in cybersecurity practices, including threat assessment and incident response. You will be responsible for protecting our digital assets and ensuring compliance with security standards.

Responsibilities

• Assess and strengthen security measures across all platforms.
• Integrate new technologies to improve security posture.
• Review and update security measures regularly.
• Provide security training and awareness programs for employees.
• Collaborate with external security partners as needed.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Security
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a cybersecurity role

• Penetration Testing

Certifications

• CEH (Certified Ethical Hacker)
• GSEC (GIAC Security Essentials Certification)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with firewalls and IDS/IPS: Competence in configuring and managing firewalls, Intrusion Detection and Prevention Systems.
• Knowledge of ISO 27001 standards: Familiarity with compliance standards relevant to information security.
