Responsibilities

• Lead the team in daily operations of the wet room department
• Monitor compliance with safety protocols and company policies
• Conduct regular equipment maintenance and repairs
• Manage stock levels and order materials as required
• Support staff training and development initiatives
• Set performance targets and manage team output
• Report to management on production efficiency and challenges
• Conduct regular quality assurance checks
• Document operational processes and maintain accurate records
• Promote a safe and productive working environment

Requirements

Education

• Degree in Construction Management or a related field is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of supervisory experience in a related field

Technical Skills

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Familiarity with wet room equipment and processes

Soft Skills

• Team player
• Time management skills

• Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role: Background in leading teams in a manufacturing environment.
