Healthcare Administrator

Job Description

We are in search of a Healthcare Administrator to oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations. In this key role, you will manage patient records, coordinate with medical staff, and contribute to enhancing our service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Implement best practices for healthcare administration.
• Ensure patient data management complies with HIPAA and other regulations.
• Direct patient engagement strategies to improve service delivery.
• Maintain and update healthcare policies as per changing regulations.
• Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new administrative staff.
• Manage vendor relationships and contracts.
• Develop training materials for staff development.
• Provide support during regulatory inspections and audits.
• Communicate effectively with all departments within the facility.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Health Services Management
• Master's in Health Administration is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in healthcare management

Certifications

• Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE)
