Job Description

We are looking for a Loss Prevention Manager to develop and implement effective strategies aimed at minimising losses caused by theft or fraud. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills and have a keen eye for detail. You’ll work closely with store management to ensure a secure environment for both employees and customers.

Responsibilities

  • Train store staff on effective loss prevention techniques.
  • Monitor store security systems and investigate any suspicious activity.
  • Prepare loss prevention reports and metrics to present to management.
  • Conduct risk assessments for all store locations.
  • Maintain communication with local law enforcement.
  • Coordinate with inventory management team to optimize stock loss prevention.
  • Assist in creating educational programs for employees regarding theft awareness.
  • Evaluate current systems and recommend improvements for loss prevention.
  • Oversee the implementation of surveillance systems in stores.
  • Implement and manage emergency response plans.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
Experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in loss prevention or related field.
Technical Skills
  • Experience with Electronic Article Surveillance (EAS)

Certifications
  • Legal Knowledge related to Loss Prevention
Languages
  • English: Fluent
