Job Description

We are looking for a proactive Sales Manager to lead our sales team in Cape Town. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing effective sales strategies, managing relationships with key clients, and driving revenue growth. This role requires a strong background in sales management along with excellent interpersonal skills to motivate and inspire a team.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the sales team in achieving monthly and annual sales goals.
  • Identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities.
  • Oversee the preparation and delivery of sales proposals.

  • Monitor and evaluate sales performance metrics.

  • Collaborate with the finance team on sales forecasts and budgets.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Business Administration is preferred.
Experience
  • 7+ years of experience in sales and team leadership.
