Looking for a Construction Project Manager to join our growing team. This position requires strong leadership and management skills to effectively coordinate all project activities, including budgeting, scheduling, and quality control. You will ensure compliance with safety regulations and build strong relationships with all project stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage multiple construction projects simultaneously.
• Ensure project documentation is maintained and up to date.
• Review contracts and manage changes to scope.
• Coordinate project schedules and ensure timely completion of milestones.
• Oversee safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment for all staff.
• Conduct project audits and prepare for reviews with stakeholders.
• Track project expenditures and adjust budget as necessary.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Construction Management or related field

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in managing large-scale construction projects
