As an Appraiser, you will be responsible for determining the value of various types of properties including real estate and collectibles. You will utilize your analytical skills to assess property values, ensuring accurate and fair appraisals.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate residential and commercial properties using various assessment methods.
• Compile and present detailed appraisal reports to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with finance and legal teams to support property transactions.
• Monitor and analyze local real estate market trends.
• Assist clients in understanding appraisal processes and results.
• Utilize GIS and database management software to support evaluation processes.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance or related field
• Professional certification or license in appraisal is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in real estate appraisal.
