Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Internal Auditor to join our esteemed auditing team in Cape Town. The successful candidate will play a vital role in evaluating and improving our organization's operations, ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, and established policies. You will be involved in risk assessments, control assessments, and the development of audit plans to attain operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Conduct internal audits across various departments to ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
• Evaluate risk management processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Prepare detailed audit reports with findings and recommendations.
• Assist in the development and execution of annual audit plans.
• Monitor compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Collaborate with management to develop strategies for addressing audit findings.
• Perform follow-up audits to ensure implementation of corrective actions.
• Engage in training and educational sessions regarding audit practices and compliance.
• Support the Audit Manager in identifying potential audit opportunities.
