Job Description

As a Production Supervisor in our Johannesburg facility, you will oversee production lines, implement production schedules, and manage workforce performance. You should possess strong problem-solving abilities and be capable of ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production scheduling and workflow management.
• Enforce safety standards and promote a positive work culture.
• Evaluate productivity and suggest improvements to management.
• Manage shifts and address any production issues promptly.
• Participate in quality assurance assessments.
• Prepare reports on production metrics and performance.
• Facilitate communication between production and management staff.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Production Management or related field
• Degree in Engineering or related qualification is advantageous

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in a production supervisory role
