Job Description

We are in search of a skilled Supply Chain Manager to join our team in Cape Town. This role involves managing end-to-end supply chain processes, from procurement to delivery, while ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Direct supply chain operations, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation plans for supply chain challenges.
• Engage with stakeholders to assess supply chain needs and ensure alignment.
• Evaluate and improve supplier performance using key performance indicators.
• Manage budgets and costs associated with the supply chain.
• Drive initiatives for continuous improvement within the supply chain.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics or Business Administration
• Master's degree in Supply Chain Management is preferable

Experience

• 5-7 years of experience in supply chain or logistics management

Technical Skills

• Inventory Management
• Procurement Strategies

Soft Skills

• Negotiation
• Problem-solving

Certifications

• APICS Certified in Planning and Inventory Management
• Certified Supply Chain Specialist (CSCS)

Languages

• English: Fluent
