Job Description

We are seeking an IT Systems Advisor to take the lead in optimizing our IT framework and ensuring seamless operations. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with stakeholders to identify needs and implement effective IT solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects aimed at improving IT infrastructure.
• Conduct research on new technologies that can improve operations.
• Collaborate with vendors to ensure all software and hardware meets company standards.
• Prepare reports on system performance and user satisfaction.
• Assist in the development of IT policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with external service providers for IT-related services.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or related field
• Relevant IT certifications a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in IT advisory or support

Languages

Advantageous
