Job Description

As a Quality Assurance Analyst at Tech Innovations Inc., you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products. You will be responsible for developing and executing test plans, identifying defects, and collaborating closely with the development team to resolve issues before product launch.

Responsibilities

• Design test cases based on functional specifications.
• Conduct performance and load testing on various applications.
• Collaborate closely with the development team during the SDLC.
• Assist in developing QA documentation and processes.
• Provide feedback on application usability and functionality.
• Maintain test environments and troubleshoot issues.
• Report and prioritize defects based on impact and severity.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in software quality assurance

• Selenium

Certifications

• ISTQB Certified Tester

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with CI/CD tools: Knowledge of Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment tools.
