Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Plodding Machine Operator to join our team. The Plodding Machine Operator will be responsible for operating and maintaining plodding machines to produce high-quality products according to specifications. You will work closely with team members and supervisors to ensure efficient production processes and uphold safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain plodding machines according to company standards.
• Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments to ensure optimal production output.
• Perform routine cleaning and maintenance on machines to prevent malfunctions.
• Load raw materials into machines and ensure the supply chain remains uninterrupted.
• Adhere to safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment.
• Document production data accurately, including output and machine issues.
• Identify and troubleshoot machine issues, reporting complex problems to supervisors.
• Participate in safety meetings and training programs.
• Assist in training new team members on safe machine operation.
• Engage proactively to suggest improvements in production processes.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production role
