Job Description

As a Clinical Research Associate, you will be responsible for monitoring and managing clinical trials from initiation to completion. The role requires strong communication skills and the ability to work with diverse teams. You will ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks while fostering innovation and best practices in clinical research.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all phases of the clinical trial process from site selection to close-out.
  • Attend investigator meetings to represent the organization and assist in study training.
  • Monitor subject recruitment, enrollment, and retention for the study.
  • Conduct regular visits to study sites for monitoring and auditing.
  • Collaborate with various departments including regulatory, data management, and biostatistics.
  • Ensure all study activities comply with ICH/GCP guidelines to maintain data integrity.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Nursing, or a related field
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in clinical research or related field
