Responsibilities

• Evaluate patient conditions and report any changes to the supervisor.
• Manage patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse.
• Implement safety protocols in line with healthcare regulations.
• Provide assistance during surgeries and other medical procedures.
• Educate patients on health maintenance and disease prevention.
• Manage medical equipment and supplies effectively.
• Support nursing interns and new staff with training and guidance.
• Participate in community health initiatives and outreach programs.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a clinical care setting

Technical Skills

• Critical Care
• Clinical Assessment

Soft Skills

• Teamwork
• Time Management

Certifications

• Basic Life Support (BLS)
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Nurse Practitioner certification: Certification as a Nurse Practitioner is advantageous.
• Experience with electronic health records (EHR): Familiarity with EHR systems to manage patient data.
