Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Dean of Students to lead our student affairs and enhance the overall student experience. The ideal candidate will develop and implement programs that promote student development, support, and engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Drive student development initiatives that focus on leadership and personal growth.
  • Collaborate with faculty to integrate student services into the academic experience.
  • Lead workshops and training sessions to assist students in their personal and professional development.
  • Monitor and assess the campus climate and student engagement levels.
  • Facilitate the resolution of student grievances and enhance student advocacy efforts.
  • Support student organizations and initiatives that enrich campus life.
  • Organize events that cultivate community involvement among students.
  • Provide mentorship to students and encourage their academic and social goals.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's in Educational Leadership or relevant field
  • Ph.D. in Education is an advantage
Experience
  • 5+ years managing student affairs or similar roles in education
