We are seeking a proactive and experienced Training Program Manager to oversee the development and implementation of effective training programs. Responsibilities

• Lead the development and management of training programs across the organisation.

• Collect and analyse data to measure the success of training initiatives.

• Develop and maintain training documentation and materials.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education, or related field
• Master's degree or other relevant certification is a plus

Experience

• 7+ years of experience in training programme management
