Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Training Program Manager to oversee the development and implementation of effective training programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in instructional design, excellent project management skills, and a passion for fostering learning and development.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and management of training programs across the organisation.
  • Assess training needs and develop action plans to address gaps.
  • Build a strong network with educational institutions and training providers.
  • Implement innovative training technologies and methodologies.
  • Collect and analyse data to measure the success of training initiatives.
  • Promote a culture of continuous learning throughout the organisation.
  • Develop and maintain training documentation and materials.
  • Encourage and facilitate a supportive learning environment.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education, or related field
  • Master's degree or other relevant certification is a plus
Experience
  • 7+ years of experience in training programme management
