We are seeking a Clinical Psychologist to join our dynamic team in Pretoria. You will play a vital role in assessing, diagnosing, and providing treatment to individuals facing psychological challenges.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based psychological therapy for various mental health conditions.
• Engage in interprofessional collaboration for holistic patient care.
• Evaluate treatment outcomes and adjust approaches accordingly.
• Work with patients on coping strategies and problem-solving techniques.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient information and adhere to ethical standards.
• Participate in case conferences and contribute to patient treatment discussions.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Psychology or related field
• Professional registration with the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA)

Experience

• 4-6 years of relevant experience in clinical practice

Technical Skills

• Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)
• Psychometric Assessment

Soft Skills

• Critical Thinking
• Interpersonal Skills

Certifications

• CPR Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Zulu: Beginner

Advantageous
