Job Description

We are seeking an energetic and motivated Sales Associate to join our Pretoria team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for technology and sales, showcasing exceptional communication skills to engage customers and promote our innovative products.

Responsibilities

• Actively greet and assist customers in-store.
• Demonstrate product knowledge to educate customers and support their purchasing decisions.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales goals through strategic selling.
• Assist the Sales Manager in training new staff members.
• Contribute to a positive team atmosphere and support team objectives.
• Monitor customer feedback and assist in implementing improvements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma
• Degree in Sales or Marketing is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in retail

• CRM Software Proficiency

• English: Fluent
