Seeking an enthusiastic Event Coordinator to join our vibrant team in Johannesburg. You will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing events from start to finish, collaborating with vendors, and ensuring every detail is taken care of. Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the event manager to ensure cohesive planning and execution.
  • Utilize social media and other marketing channels to promote upcoming events.
  • Track and manage event attendance and registrations.
  • Assist in preparing event budgets and financial reports.
  • Evaluate vendor performance and ensure contractual obligations are met.
  • Prepare post-event reports and analysis for clients and internal use.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in Event Management or related field
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in event coordination
