Job Description

Join our vibrant team in Pretoria as a Hotel Manager. This role requires strong leadership capabilities and an ability to enhance guest experiences while efficiently managing hotel operations.

Responsibilities

  • Direct all operational aspects of the hotel, including front office and housekeeping.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Ensure the hotel's promotional activities align with business goals.
  • Supervise and motivate team members to meet service expectations.
  • Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions.
  • Coordinate with maintenance team to ensure hotel facilities are in excellent condition.
  • Participate in community events to promote the hotel's brand.
  • Develop strategies to increase customer loyalty and repeat business.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Hospitality Management
  • Relevant certifications are preferred
Experience
  • 7+ years of experience in hospitality management, preferably in a hotel setting
