Job Description

As an Insurance Sales Agent, you will assist clients in understanding their pension plans and provide expert guidance on retirement options. Your role will be paramount in helping clients secure their financial futures.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate client pension plans and provide recommendations for optimal retirement outcomes.
  • Assist clients in understanding pension regulations and available investment options.
  • Manage pension fund transfers, contributions, and withdrawals efficiently.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate client records and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Proactively handle client inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure excellent customer service.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, new pension legislation, and investment strategies to provide informed advice.
  • Work alongside legal and compliance teams to ensure adherence to regulations.
  • Conduct seminars or workshops to educate clients about pension management and planning.

Requirements

Education
  • Relevant bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field
  • Professional certifications in pension management or financial planning (advantageous)
Experience
  • Prior experience in pension management, financial advisory, or a related field is preferred. A minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience is usually required.
