Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Manager to oversee our logistics operations in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in warehouse management, ensuring efficient operations while maintaining safety and compliance standards. You will lead a dedicated team to optimize inventory management and streamline processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the logistics team in achieving operational goals.
• Ensure efficient order picking, packing, and shipping processes.
• Facilitate communication between warehouse and other departments.
• Identify areas for cost savings within the warehouse operations.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Conduct performance reviews and implement performance improvement plans.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Additional certifications in logistics or warehouse management are beneficial.

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a managerial role within a logistics environment

• Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
