• Establish metrics and reporting on system health and application performance.
• Collaborate with teams on disaster recovery plans and backup strategies.
• Lead initiatives to streamline software development processes.

Advantageous

• Experience automating processes with Jenkins or GitLab CI: Familiarity with CI/CD tools for automated deployments.
• Knowledge of monitoring and alerting tools: Experience using tools like New Relic or Datadog.
