Project Manager

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee and manage various projects from inception to completion. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while meeting quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties and key stakeholders.
• Identify potential crises and devise contingency plans.
• Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.
• Prepare project status reports, including information on the risks and issues.
• Facilitate project review meetings to ensure continuous improvement.
• Support in contract negotiations and vendor management.
• Act as the main point of contact for the project team regarding communication and project updates.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Master's degree is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in project management with a track record of successful project delivery

Technical Skills

• Agile methodologies
• Risk Management

Soft Skills

• Negotiation
• Adaptability

Certifications

• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Zulu: Basic

Advantageous

• Experience with online project management tools: Familiarity with platforms like Trello, Basecamp, etc.
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma: Knowledge of Lean methodologies for project efficiency.
