Job Description

We are seeking an IT Support Technician who can provide technical assistance and support to our employees. Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting and resolving issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity. You'll also help us improve our IT systems by providing feedback and suggestions based on user experience. A can-do attitude and eagerness to learn are key attributes for this role.

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues.
  • Respond to internal staff requests for support.
  • Perform regular backups and security checks.
  • Help implement IT projects as necessary.
  • Document procedures and user guides for IT systems.
  • Stay updated on the latest technology trends and solutions.
  • Assist in managing software licenses and subscriptions.
  • Provide support for mobile devices and applications.
  • Engage with vendors for procurement of IT equipment.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology
  • Technical certifications (e.g., Cisco, CompTIA) are a plus
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in technical support roles
