Job Description

As an IT Support Technician, you will be the first point of contact for troubleshooting technical issues. You will work closely with end-users, offering expertise in hardware and software support, installation, and maintenance. Your role is crucial in ensuring smooth IT operations across all departments.

Responsibilities

  • Perform routine audits of systems and software.
  • Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks.
  • Implement security measures to safeguard data.
  • Work closely with the IT team to ensure seamless IT operations.
  • Participate in the development of IT policies and procedures.
  • Provide feedback on IT processes to improve efficiency.

Requirements

Education
  • Higher Certificate in IT or equivalent
  • Communication or Business qualification is advantageous.
Experience
  • 2-3 years in similar role is preferred
