Job Description

We are on the lookout for an HR Generalist to join our vibrant Johannesburg team. The HR Generalist will manage recruitment processes, employee onboarding, performance management systems, and compliance with labour laws. Responsibilities

• Oversee recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Update and develop HR documentation including handbooks and policies.
• Implement continuous improvement practices within HR functions.
• Act as a liaison between management and employees.
• Assist in the planning and execution of employee engagement activities.
• Measure employee satisfaction levels and report finding.
• Facilitate conflict resolution and performance management discussions.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Psychology
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 3-5 years in HR or recruitment roles
