Job Description

We are on the lookout for an HR Generalist to join our vibrant Johannesburg team. The HR Generalist will manage recruitment processes, employee onboarding, performance management systems, and compliance with labour laws. Responsibilities

• Coordinate the recruitment process including job description creation and placement of ads.
• Implement employee onboarding programs and orientation sessions.
• Ensure adherence to HR best practices and legal compliance.
• Administer employee performance reviews and feedback.
• Manage employee queries regarding benefits and company policies.
• Conduct workshops and training sessions for staff development.
• Maintain and improve HR databases and reporting systems.
• Support diversity and inclusion initiatives within the workplace.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Psychology
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 3-5 years in HR or recruitment roles
