Job Description

As an HR Compliance Officer, you will focus on ensuring our organization complies with local and national labor laws. Your responsibilities will include conducting regular compliance checks, developing training programs, and addressing employee concerns regarding compliance issues.

Responsibilities

  • Review and update HR policies in response to legislative changes.
  • Conduct training sessions on compliance topics.
  • Act as a point of contact for compliance inquiries.
  • Analyze compliance data and prepare reports for management.
  • Work with department heads to ensure compliance with policies.
  • Drive initiatives to promote a culture of compliance.
  • Coordinate with external agencies on compliance requirements.
  • Implement metrics to measure compliance effectiveness.
  • Assist in grievance and dispute resolution related to compliance issues.
  • Maintain organized records of compliance activities.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, HRBP) is a plus
Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in HR compliance or related roles
