Responsibilities

  • Oversee all aspects of restaurant management, including finance, operations, and customer service.

  • Analyze financial data to drive operational efficiency.
  • Develop training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge.

  • Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts.
  • Ensure compliance with liquor licensing and health regulations.
  • Participate in marketing initiatives to promote the restaurant.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or Business Administration
Experience
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in restaurant management or related field.
